About

These forensic evidence caselaw databases have been analyzed in several publications. A law review article, Judging Firearms Evidence, published in the Southern California Law Review in 2024, examines the rulings on firearms expert evidence. A shorter piece, Judging Firearms Evidence and the Rule 702 Amendments, in Judicature also examines that data. A work in progress, Judging Fingerprint Evidence, examines the fingerprint caselaw database.
